This Riverland program is one of a kind in ÃÛÌÒTV. Machines are getting more costly to maintain and good maintenance workers play a major role in cost control. Students will receive training in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment. Our programs also focus on machining and robotics technology, boiler operations and welding as well as preventative/predictive maintenance safety.

An Industrial Maintenance Foundation certificate is a program that provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to perform basic maintenance tasks in an industrial setting. The certificate program typically covers the principles of welding, plumbing , and refrigeration systems, as well as basic industrial safety practices.

The curriculum of an Industrial Maintenance Foundation certificate program may include courses in industrial mathematics, safety and OSHA standards, welding, and fundamentals of machining. Students may also learn about preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and the use of hand and power tools.
