Construction Management

The Construction Management Certificate provides individuals the core fundamentals of the construction industry and training in the field of construction project management. Courses will examine the industry practices, standards and applications that are performed during a commercial construction project. These applications will consist of construction print reading, estimating, planning and scheduling and an understanding of construction methods and materials.

This program is blended/hybrid. The majority of instruction is online with select, in-person classes held Tuesday evenings on the Owatonna campus from 6-8:50 PM. For example, , the required in-person courses for Spring Semester 2022 constitute one evening in January, three evenings in February, four evenings in March and April, and two evenings in May.
