Dr. Mark J. Baas is the Vice ÃÛÌÒTV for Technology and Learning Resources and Chief Information Officer at Riverland Community College. Mark has over 20 years of higher education experience, serving in both administration and faculty roles. Prior to Riverland, Mark worked within the MinnState College system and other higher education institutions/organizations within the Midwest.
