ÃÛÌÒTV Gema

Gema is the Executive Director of the Parenting Resource Center and is a firm believer in humble servitude and leading with authencity, humility, and courage to advance community equity. She is a proud second-generation born LatinX to immigrant parents. She holds a Master degree in Social Work and is an adjunct professor at Riverland Community College. Since 1997, Gema has called this state her home where she was raised in a single-parent household upon the death of her father when she was 9-year-old. Now, she is fortunate to raise her own family of two boys and three dogs alongside her high school sweetheart and husband, Erick Soto Hernandez.
