A faculty member at Riverland Community College since 2002, Dr. McManimon teaches in the business department. The business department is ACBSP accredited and all of her online courses are QM certified. She is a power D2L user and has presented at multiple local, state, and national conferences on Brightspace tool incorporation into course delivery. Dr. McManimon is also one of the founders of FlexPace, an innovative program that allows working adults a way to achieve their educational goals in a manageable format.
