Working in a variety of roles at Riverland over the past 20 years, I know a little bit about most things "Riverland." Working as an academic advisor has been the most rewarding role, by far. I love the direct interaction with students. It has been a privilege to develop relationships, listen to students' needs and wants, track their academic progress and explore options to create plans and strategies to help students succeed.
